The little things we choose not to do every millisecond will determine our lives

Every single thought we have, everything single word we say, and every single action we take in every millisecond will have consequences.

 

Accepting that we are the boss of our own thoughts, that we are responsible for them, which by extension means that we create our own words we say and actions we take (in a way our speech and actions are servants of our thoughts), gives us enormous responsibility and power to change our future. It gives us the courage to see that every choice we make every millisecond will determine our future life.

 

And every little thing we choose not to do every millisecond will accumulate and grow to become our life.

 

Everytime we choose not to be kind to ourselves and accept ourselves 100%, we are actually sowing the seeds of resentments we have for ourselves. Everytime we choose not to act generously when the opportunity presents itself, we are denying ourselves a chance to bring out the real us, the unpolluted core of our being. Everytime we choose not to be grateful to someone who has been mean to us, we are actually deliberately missing a 5 star tutorial by that person to coach us.

 

Everytime we choose not to show up for a seemingly hopeless prospective sales meeting, we are probably giving up a potentially most lucrative opportunity…………

 

You get the idea.  It’s the little things we are consciously choosing not to do every millisecond which create the default mode we operate, which create the behaviour pattern we have, and they determine our future life.

 

Every little thing we decide not to do will determine every big thing in our lives.

 

Living deeply is not about the big gigantic moralistic philosophical goals and stories. It’s about paying full attention to every little thing we choose not to do every millisecond. And realising that what we choose not to do has enormous consequences on what we choose to do and the future we are creating, gives us the courage to take responsibility for all the little things that makes up the building blocks of our infinite potentials as humans………………………..
