Change the stories you tell yourself, and transform your life and develop your infinite potential.

Literally. The stories we tell ourselves reflect the real thoughts we have ourselves. They will determine our day. And our days will determine our months and years. They will determine our lives.

In short: the story we tell ourselves is what we believe about ourselves. The current state of our lives is a direct result of the stories we tell ourselves.  They are what we really believe is possible. Not what we say is possible, but what we believe deep in our core is possible.

Is it that simple, you might ask.

Yes, it’s that simple.

Take for example one of the favourite stories we tell ourselves: “I am not good enough.” It’s a simple and powerful story we tell ourselves all the time. And why are we surprised that we really do become and behave as if “I am not good enough”, and everything manifest as being “not good enough”.   What if we changed a couple of words in our story to: “Wow, I am totally great at this”? I’m curious, would the way we show up in the world change totally if we changed a couple of words in our story?

We receive what we tell our subconscious mind we deserve. And sure enough that’s what we see around us and that’s what manifests itself.

If you want to change your life. If you want to really develop your infinite potential, you need to change the limiting stories you tell yourself. But first you have got to accept that the stories you have been telling yourself is not the “truth”. They are merely stories you invented.

All the stories that you have been telling yourself. That you will never find love or that you can’t speak in public. Or that you can’t write a blog or publish a video. Or that you can’t apply to Harvard or make a living doing what you love or that you are not smart enough to succeed in your business. They are all stories you invented yourself.

The only difference between you and all the people who are doing the things you wished you were doing but don’t believe in your core that you can, is the story you tell about yourself.

All of these things are stories. And one of the most important step to take is to change the stories you tell yourself.

I am curious, what new stories can you tell yourself which will remove the limits you have placed on yourself? How can you look for evidence that your new story is the new “truth”?  How would you open your heart to see that your new story will make new evidence of your new truth manifest more and more?
