Saying NO to (almost) everything …..

Yesterday I saw somewhere a quote attributed to Warren Buffet.
He is supposed to have said: “The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say no to almost everything.”
That sounds like advise I can immediately implement.
I fancy myself as least being a student of the “very successful people”. So I put it in my calendar an action everyday for the next three months “say no to almost everything”.
Let’s see what happens. Today is a Sunday. I have easily said no to
- switching on my phone before noon
- Looking at the news before noon
- Checking emails all day (it’s Sunday friends!)
- Complaining about anybody and anything…………………….
- Arguing with anyone
Well, I have said no to everything apart from eating my breakfast with intent, chat with my family and then finish the book I really wanted to finish since some days but got relegated by other “urgent’ stuff…………………..
I am curious: which book?
Maurice, this is a great one. Thank you!
