2018 New discipline: A blog a day.

Unlike external goals which have many external dependencies, a new discipline which doesn’t cost anything depends only on one’s mind.
One thing I have noticed in my behaviour when I install a new habit, basically reprogramming how I think and act, I have always been able to take total control over the full implementation. This applies to something which is not dependent on other people, or a certain income or costs, or other external factors.
Over the years I have installed habits which I have never failed to implement daily.
- Meditation every morning.
- Tai chi every day.
- A banana every morning.
- A pot of tea first thing in the morning.
- Finding good at least three times a day, in the morning
- Never eat meat again

My habit for this January 2018 is to start writing a daily blog.
So, here comes my first daily blog. Even if no one read it, here it is…….WORLD!
